| Research Abstract |
(1)光学活性二級アルコールをメシル化またはトシル化後、DMF中でC_sF存在下、カルボン酸アミン、チオールと反応させることにより種々の光学活性化合物の合成に成功した。
Nu=R″COOH,PhOH,R″SH,RCOSH,R″NH_2,TMSN_3
(2)同様の反応が活性水素を有する炭素求核にも適用可能であり新規な炭素-炭素結合反応が見いだされた。
Nu=CH_2(COOEt)_2,EtOOC〓〓CN
以上の結果より、極めて温和な条件下で光学活性二級アルコールの合成、不斉炭素-炭素結合の形成が達成された。本反応は実用的で大量合成にも適しており今後広い用途が開けるものと期待される。
