Research Abstract

By purification of house dust mite (Dermatophagoides farinae, Df) using gel chromatography, it revealed that low molecular weight fraction (Df-LMW) of Df contained five fractions and these fraction contain much sugar. Df-LMW under the 10Kd might be sugar rich haptenic substance and these and atopic dermatitis.
We are going to make recombinant Df-LMW using expression vector. rDf-LMW may contribute to the pathogenesis and therapy of allergic diseases.
