磁性材料の効率的使用による省エネルギー機器の開発

Research Abstract

今年度は,異方性材料の磁気特性測定法の開発,非線形有限要素法の高速化,異方性材料の磁気特性のモデル化,及び変圧器の供試モデルの作成を行った.
今年度の研究によって得られた成果を要約すると以下のようになる.
1.異方性材料の磁気特性測定法の開発
異方性材料の任意方向のB-H曲線を高磁束密度まで測定するためには,磁束波形の制御を行わない手法が有効であることを明らかにした.さらに,任意方向B-H特性測定装置のヨ-ク形状を工夫することにより,磁化困難方向の場合でも1.5T以上のB-H曲線が測定できるようになった.
2.非線形有限要素法の高速化
緩和係数をニュートン・ラフソン法に導入することにより,非線形解折の高速化を図ることができた.また、緩和係数の決定に数理計画話法を導入すれば,従来の非線形解法では収束しなかった問題でも解が求まることを明らかにした.また,大次元マトリクス解法であるICCGに関しても,加速係数を導入すれば,高速化が図られた.
3.異方性材料の磁気特性のモデル化
測定により得られた多数のB-H曲線を,Bx=fy(Hx,Hy),By=fy(Hx,Hy)の形で折れ線近似することにより,任意方向の磁気特性が,容易に計算機に入力できるようになった.
4.変圧器の供試モデルの作成
磁化容易方向と困難方向が混在する変圧器モデルを作成し,渦電流を考慮しない場合の磁束分布の計算と実験の比較を行った.その結果,従来の解析方法では,大きな誤差が生じるが,本研究で開発した任意方向のB-H曲線の詳細なデータを入力する方法を用いれば,両者は良く一致することが明らかになった.
