| Research Abstract |
平成8年8月29日、30日に北海道登別で平成8年度第1回公開シンポジウムを、又平成9年1月30日、31日に松山市奥道後で平成8年度第2回公開シンポジウムを開催した。この2回の公開シンポジウムでは班会議も開催した。又、平成8年度には、総括班のニュースレターNo.5とNo.6を発行し、班員間の連絡や共同研究の様子、研究成果などを印刷、公開した。更に、3年間の研究成果をまとめたニュースレターNo.7を発行した。公開シンポジウムの折、及び別の何回かの機会に総括班会議を開いて、本重点領域研究が活発かつ円滑に進行するよう計った。そして、9月30日〜10月2日の間東京工業大学で開催された、本総括班員である大橋裕二教授が世話人である"固体有機化学反応に関する国際研究集会"に合流して研究発表を行った。
