| Research Abstract |
1.「がん重点」全体の企画及び4領域間の調整と連絡
総括班会議を年6回開催した。
a.平成9年度より開始する「総合がん」「発がん」「がん生物」「がん治療」領域の計画研究
研究(1)16班、研究(2)14班を決定した。
b.2回の研究代表者会議と領域別代表者会議を開催した(平成8年6月2日及び平成9年2月6日)。
c.検討班「実験動物の開発と保存」「HBVとHCVの重複感染と肝発がん」「がん多発家系の捕捉とそのがん研究における意義」「がんコホート班収集DNAの活用」を設置し運営していた。
d.2回のがん重点公開・合同シンポジウムを企画し実施した(平成8年6月20〜21日及び平成9年2月5日〜6日)。
e.がん重点ミニシンポジウム「がん研究における発生学」を熊本で実施した(9月19日)。
f.文部省学術情報課と協力し、「大学と科学-公開合同シンポジウム」を行った(12月10日)。
g.ワークショップ「EBウイルスとがん」(平成8年5月10〜11日)、「がん化学療法の分子標的」(平成8年6月8日)を行った。
h.がん重点ニュース4回を発行した。
i.「発がん」「がん生物」「がん治療」の3領域の評価委員による内部評価を行った(平成9年1月25日)。
j.平成9年度のがん重点全体の「研究組織冊子」を発行し、全研究者に配布した。
k.平成8年度のがん重点「研究報告集録」の発行を準備している。
l.海外学術研究(国際がん)との協力による研究者の海外派遣を行った。
2.3つの支援委員会の運営を行った。
3.コホート研究の運営を行った。
