| Research Abstract |
1. 「がん特定」全体の企画及び4領域間の調整と連絡
総括班会議を年5回開催した。
a.平成11年度より開始する「総合がん」「発がん」「がん生物」「がん治療」領域の計画研究研究(2)76班を決定した。
b.研究者会議と領域別研究者会議を開催した(平成10年7月8日及び平成11年2月3日)。
c.検討班「がんの分子疫学の推進」,「がんの免疫研究」「国際学術研究(国際がん)と疫学研究の今後の展開」,「がんゲノム研究」,「遺伝子操作動物に関する研究推進」および「遺伝子診断研究促進のための材料収集・供給の支援」を設置し運営していた。
d.がん特定公開・合同シンポジウムを企画し実施した(平成10年2月2日〜3日)。
e.がん特定ミニシンポジウム「がんの分子疫学」を大宮市で実施した(平成11年2月19日)。
f.がん特定ニュース4回を発行した。
g.「発がん」「がん生物」「がん治療」の3領域の評価委員および総括班員による内部評価を行った
(平成11年1月27日)。
h.平成10年度のがん特定全体の「研究組織冊子」を発行し、全研究者に配布した。
i.平成10年度のがん特定「研究報告集録」の発行を準備している。
j.海外学術研究(国際がん)との協力による研究者の海外派遣を行った。
2. 3つの支援委員会の運営を行った。
3. 高発がん家系情報収集室を癌研内に設置した。
4. コホート研究の運営を行った。
