| Research Abstract |
1.AshのSH3に結合してくる蛋白のcDNAクローニングと生理作用AshのSH3を用い、アフィニテイクロマトグラフィーを行い、新しい蛋白P150とP65を採った。この両者のcDNAクローニングし、P150はPIP2ホスファターゼであること、P65はアクチン結合蛋白でアクチンの線維の再構成に働いていることがわかった。
2.再生肝に発現し、正常な肝臓では発現していない新しいホスホリパーゼC、PLSδ4を見つけた。PLCδ4は核に存在し、血清刺激により細胞周期のS〜M期で誘導された。
