| Research Abstract |
1.フォルポール/テレオシジンが強く結合する核内タンパク質(cn-TPBP)の存在を再確認した
2.テレオシジンの活性立体構造を確定し、cn-TPBPに結合する新規活性体ベンゾラクタムを合成した。
3.cn-TPBPに結合するステロイド類の構造と活性との関連を明らかにした。
4.erb-A(TR)に結合する新規チロキシン誘導体を合成した。
5.ビタミンEの活性体の候補を合成し、その生物活性を確めた.
