| Research Abstract |
1.透過型電子顕微鏡H-7100(特)の導入と使用開始:免疫電顕組織化学を高分解能レベル、高能率を行なうため、標記型式にTVカメラシステムを組合せ、平成6年11月より使用を開始した。
2.抗ヤシメウナギ網膜抗体の結合領域の観察:光受容細胞外節に結合する抗体(H16,B11,S32,L71)の結合領域を、電顕レベルで詳細に分析することに成功した。
3.ヤシメウナギ松果体における光受容細胞分布の観察:上記抗体を松果体の連続切片に適用し、抗体結合性を指標として、光受容細胞の分布を詳細に分析した。
