Research Abstract	本研究においては、積極的に新しい理想的光電気界面を設計、創成し、その機能発現をさせていくことを最終目的とし、そのために分子レベルでの光界面挙動の解明もおこなっている。本年は以下の研究を行った。 1.半導体超格子膜の合成・Si/SiCやSi/SiNなどの半導体超格子膜を研究室所有の光CVD法やスパッタリング法で作製し、その物性を評価した。膜厚、ド-ピング濃度などを変化させ、様々なバンドギャップやエネルギー構造、電気伝導性のものを作製した。 2.光機能性ダイヤモンド薄膜の設計と合成・高い濃度でダイヤモンド薄膜にホウ素をド-ピングすることにより、抵抗率10-1から10-2Ωcm程度に減少させる。このような導電性ダイヤモンド薄膜約30μmで表面を覆ったシリコン基板をもちいて電極を作製した。こレは来年度耐食性の高い電極として利用する予定である。・光電気化学エッチングの時光照射をパターンマスクを通して行うことにより、パターン化されたダイヤモンド薄膜の作製を試みた。 3.光電流・ラマン同時マッピング装置の作製・申請者らの研究室に所有する2次元ラマン分光装置を、固体試料からの光電流応答とラマン信号の2次元分布を同時マッピングできる装置に改良した。
