| Research Abstract |
昨年度に引き続き,マウス初期胚におけるActivin-AとTGF-βの遺伝子発現について検討した.Activin-A subumit mRNAはマウス2細胞期胚からblastocystにいたるまでの各発育段階の胚に検出された.一方,TGF-β mRNAは,これらのいずれの胚においても検出されなかった.
Activin-Aは,2細胞期胚の培養において,その添加により,卵割速度を上昇させることを報告したが,このことから,Activin-Aは,autocrine機構により,マウス初期胚の発育,分化を促進している可能性が示唆された。TGF-βについては,我々の用いた実験系では,positiveな効果は得られず,初期胚発育への関与は少ないと考えられた.
hepatocyte growth factor (HGF)とkeratinocyte growth factor (KGF)についても,とくにblastocystのtrophoblast outgrowthへの効果を検討したが,現在のところ,有意な影響を及ぼすという効果は得られていない.
