Research Abstract |
This Research is concerned with the conditions of management and lobor at region under the Dual Innovation and Globalization. The research results is described in the page that follow. 1. The regional structure at Japan are determined by behavior of each enterprises and each local government's policy. But these behavior of each enterprises and local government's policy are restricted technical-innovation and the National Program of General Development 2. In the 1980_s, the mainstay of scoiety (nation and industry) are over concentration at Tokyo. And many plants were transferred to Asia. Then Japanise industry include Asia and established global CIM. 3. On the other side, it was happened de-industrialization at many local areas in Japan. For exsample, at Ina region, Nagano Prefecture, many plants were scale down or crose down, and then cut the employee. 4. At Hamamatsu City, the so called sponteneous industrial city, in there musical instrument and motorcycle industry are main industrys, but these are full growth indystry in this country, these enterprises tranfer plants to Asia. Many small and medium-sized enterprises fall into crisis. Then the number of factory and employee decreased.
