| Research Abstract |
1.界面運動方程式に対して、等高面法の理論をさらに発展させた。曲面が接触したり切れたりするとき特異点が生じた後も曲面の運動を追跡することができるという等高面法の特徴を活用して、異方性や障害物に対応した方程式を調べた。数値解法を利用して解の消滅するときの漸近挙動の追跡方法を発展した。
2.等高面方程式に対する差分スキームを改善し、特異性をもつ拡散方程式の数値解析を行った。典型的な条件の下で解を数値的に解析し、シミュレーションを行い、あるパラメータの値によって解は滑らかになるか、ごく短時間に(瞬間で)消滅することを明らかにした。その数値解析の結果は、広義解の解析に重要な参考データを提供した。さらに解析した結果、一定の条件の下で広義解は瞬間で消滅する、つまり、連続解が存在しないことを証明することができた。
