| Research Abstract |
所謂T細胞vaccinationと称せられる方法論が実験的アレルギー性脳脊髄炎に於いて報告されて久しいが、更に最近自己免疫性T細胞の抗原受容体:TcRが特に限られたVβファミリーを使用しているとの実験結果からTcRのVβ特異的ペプチドであらかじめ動物を免疫し、自己免疫性T細胞の発生及び疾病の予防を行なおうとする試みが報告されてきた。しかしながら他者の報告では必ずしもこうした報告を支持しない結果も報告されているのが現状である。本年度はこの点を鑑み、我々の確立した二種類の雄の動物由来、自己免疫性T細胞株、Phi-1(アレルギー性脳脊髄炎)・Phi-2(アレルギー性神経炎)のVβファミリーの使用率の解析及びレシピエント動物をT細胞Vβペプチド(Vβ8:39-59)でvaccination ののち自己免疫性T細胞株に対する感受性の解析を行なった。結果Vβ8:39-59,vaccination後の自己免疫性T細胞株、Phi-1(アレルギー性脳脊髄炎)・Phi-2(アレルギー性神経炎)に対する抵抗性を支持する結果を得ることはできなかった。しかしながらあらかじめ雌の動物を雄特異抗原H-Yで感作しておくと長期にわたって自己免疫性アレルギー性脳脊髄炎及び神経炎に対する耐性を獲得していることが観察された。
