| Research Abstract |
平成6年度の目標は全身性エレテマトデス,シェ-グレン症候群、慢性関節リウマチ患者の血清をできるだけ採取し,可溶性CD4を測定し,高値な血清および体液をできるだけ集めることである.慢性関節リウマチ患者36例,全身性エリテマトデス患者9例,シェ-グレン症候群患者7例の血清,また慢性関節リウマチ患者関節液7例,変形性膝関節症7例の可溶性CD4分子を測定した.
その結果,15例の慢性関節リウマチ患者に,3例のシェ-グレン症候群患者が高値を示し,内5例の慢性関節リウマチ患者血清は著明な高値(1000U/ml)を示した.
また8例の慢性関節リウマチ患者関節液が高値を示した.
来年度はこれらの高値な患者の血清,関節液およびリンパ球よりウイルスの検索を行う予定である.
