ウイルス性心筋炎における自己培養リンパ球注入による心筋障害機序の検討

Research Abstract

臨床的に拡張型心筋症と考えられていた症例で、剖検的に心筋炎が証明される場合も多い。本研究では、心筋炎を惹起されたhostよりの自己リンパ球をIL-2にて長期間培養し、さらに各リンパ球サブセットに分類し、マウスのモデルで細胞障害を試みた。すなわち各々のリンパ球サブセットが、マウス心筋を傷害するかを検出した。その結果、心筋炎慢性期では通常見られない活動性の心筋壊死が同一のウイルスで感作されたTリンパ球(主にCDサブセット)を移注されたマウスで生じた。以上より (1)IL-2より自己心筋特異的リンパ球の培養が可能であり、(2)in vivoで自己心筋の障害が証明された、と思われる。
