| Research Abstract |
Bio-feedbackを利用してHigh Performannceをもたらす心理的トレーニングの基礎的研究を進めるにあたって、第1年目(今年度)の研究目的は、(1)国内・外の研究を検討すること (2)それをもとに本研究の実験計画を練ること (3)研究に必要な脳波バイオフィードバック装置を開発することであった。研究は概ね順調に進んできた。まず先行研究を検討した結果、まだ研究されていない脳波Bio-feedback training(BFTと略す)を取り上げ、特にα波(8〜13Hz)を問題とし、それを3分してα_1波(中心周波数8.2Hz)、α_2波(中心周波数10Hz)、α_3波(中心周波数12Hz)をとらえることにした。そのため脳波BFT装置と資料整理を行うプログラムを作成した。
次に優勢脳波α_1、α_2、α_3波と一点集中力との関係を確かめる方法を開発し、予備実験をくり返しある程度成功する目途が立った。さらに、2点集中時や多点集中時のHigh Performanceと優勢脳波α_1、α_2、α_3各波との関係を解明する装置の準備や実験計画も一応でき上がった。また、心拍を用いたBFTの予備実験を終え、弓道部員を対象に、自律訓練法を用いた心拍BFTによる心拍数制御と弓道の的中率との関係についての実験計画ができ上がった。その他のスポーツ行動だけでなく一般の人の日常の生活行動を考慮して、安静状態における快適感と生理心理的状態との関係を分析したいと考え、聴覚(音)刺激を手がかりとして、快適感を優勢脳波や心拍数との関係を検討するための実験計画および実験装置を、一応作るところまで進めることができた。
