| Research Abstract |
1.数量化法第3類(対応分析)の人工的データに関して一連の研究を行った.これはIwatsubo(1984)の円形データ,Otsu(1990)の線形データを発展させて平成6年度に行い,それぞれの雑誌に発表した次の研究の継続である.
(1)複数個の線形特性を含むデータにおける固有値問題の解の同定:Math. Japan. (1994).
(2)円盤データの提案: J. Japan Statist. Soc. (1994).
(3)円筒データと円柱データの提案: Statist. & Prob.Letters(1994).
(4)torusデータと実体torusデータの提案: Behaviormetrika(1994).
2.上記の4論文は個体を表す線が2つの点(項目を表す)を通る状況を扱っているが,線が3個以上の点を通る場合(多重度2以上)も扱うことができる.円形データについて考察し,Math. Japon. (1995)に発表した.
3.遠藤秀機氏(研究協力者)とともに線形特性と円形特性の他に幾何学的な典型的な特性はないであろうかと考えて,球面特性を思いついた.5種類の正多面体のそれぞれから構成した球面データは固有値問題を解析的に解くことができ,球面特性の次元は常に3であること,頂点の数が増すほど特性が強くなることなどがわかった.さらに半径を表す線形特性をつけ加えた実体球面データとあわせて,J. Japan Statist. Soc. (1995)に発表した.
