Research Abstract	本国際共同研究(GAMS)は標準理論の1つであるQCD(量子色力学)の検証に不可欠な軽クオーク中間子の共鳴状態の研究、なかでも非クオーク・反クオーク対中間子(エキゾテイック中間子)の探索研究を目的としている。欧州原子核研究所(CERN、ジュネ-ブ)における450GeV・SPSの陽子ビームを用い、GAMS4000検出器による実験のデータ採取並びにNA12/2実験の解析研究を行うと同時に、ロシア連邦高エネルギー物理学研究所(IHEP、プロトビノ)における70GeV・PSのπ-ビーム用い、GAMS4π検出器によるデータ採取並びに実験データの解析研究を行っている。他方高エネルギー物理学研究所においても12GeVPSにおいて同様の研究を進めており、本共同研究はCERN,IHEP及び高エ研での相補的な研究となっている。又共同研究は検出器系の開発にも力を注ぎ、高性能電磁シャワーカロリーメーター、高速エレクトロニクス等の開発研究を行っている。 4-8月にはCERNに研究者を派遣し、GAMS+OMEGAスペクトロメータ(WA102)によるデータ採取に参加した。11-2月にはIHEPから研究者を招きGAMS4πによるデータの解析研究を行った。10-12月にCERNに研究者を派遣しデータ解析(1991-1995年度採取)を行うと共に将来の研究計画の議論をした。3月にはCERNに研究者を派遣しデータ解析、論文発表のための議論をすると共に将来の研究計画を実験提案書にまとめた。一方高性能電磁シャワーカロリーメーター、高速エレクトロニクス等の開発研究を行った。また国内では高エ研をセンターとして宮崎大、山形大等において解析の準備、重結晶クリスタルによる電磁シャワーカロリーメータの開発研究等が行われた。7月のハドロン95国際会議(マンチェスター、英国)には6編以上のGAMS共同研究による発表が行われた。
