Research Abstract	1、自家不和合性に関する研究(磯貝,崎山,神山,渡辺,塚谷,福井) (1)胞子体型植物の自家不和合性:アブラナ科植物について、SLGあるいはSRKと相同な配列を持つゲノム断片を解析した。S遺伝子座に連鎖しているもののうち1つはSRK様の配列を有しており、発現していることが予想された。また、S遺伝子座に連鎖していないものも存在した。SRKの自己燐酸化により、燐酸化されるアミノ酸を特定した。蛍光ディファレンシャルディスプレーによってS遺伝子毎に異なり、花粉で発現しているmRNAを見いだした。FISH法により、SLG遺伝子を染色体上でマッピングできた。一方、サツマイモについて、二次元電気泳動により、S遺伝子型特異的なスポットを見いだし、そのアミノ酸配列の一部を明らかにした。 (2)配偶体型植物の自家不和合性:ニホンナシのS-RNaseについて、4種類のS-RNaseのcDNAの塩基配列を決定した。トマトについて、X線照射により花粉側の形質に変異がおきた突然変異体について、ホモ個体を作成し、それらのディファレンシャルディスプレーにより、変異体には存在しないいくつかのバンドを見いだした。 2、初期胚発生,不定胚形成に関する研究(鎌田,北野) (1)ニンジンおよびアラビドプシスについて、ABAの情報伝達の仲介蛋白質遺伝子のC-ABI3遺伝子を導入した形質転換植物を作成した。そこでは、不定胚形成能誘導時に発現する遺伝子群が発現しており、C-ABI3遺伝子が胚の特異性に関わる転写調節機構の重要な因子であることをあきらかにした。 (2)イネの胚発生突然変異体を用い,初期発生に関与する遺伝子につき、それらの遺伝関係を調査し、関連する座位を明らかにした。
