Research Abstract

データベース化の構築
初年度にはデータベースの構築を進めるべく、対象集団の選択、標準化が進められている(村山、長谷川、渡辺孝章)。
一次的研究成果
すでにコ-ホ-ト集団が確立している研究者においては、(1)郵便調査法を用いて一次的アンケートの結果を得ている(渡辺達夫)、(2)平均14.1年の治療終了経過群の臨床所見を得ている(石川)、(3)治療終了後経過集団において、経過良好群、不良群に層別化を行っている(村上)、(4)治療終了群を治療経過年数の違いによって、10年以上経過、10年経過、7年経過、5年経過それぞれにおける予後の特性を分析している(熊谷)。
現在得られている結果の範囲内においては、術後のメンテナンスの有無、付着歯肉幅の存在、P. gingivalis, A. actinomycetemcomitansの2菌のいずれに対しても高い血清抗体価などが重要な因子であることが示唆されている。
今後、各分担者間の意見情報交換を密にし、可及的に同一パラメターによる観察を進める予定である。
