Research Abstract

1「健康医学における検査法の体系化」についてPolymerase Chaine Reaction(PCR)法を中心とした遺伝子検査法の検査室レベルのルーチン化が出来るように、手技の確立をした。性異常、不妊に関する遺伝子検査法を開発した。すなわちY染色体の睾丸因子のSRY、精子に関するマルチプレクス法を開発し、専門雑誌に発表した。
2アンギオテンシン変換酵素の多型性についての遺伝子検査法を確立し、高血圧症との関係を研究し、専門雑誌に発表すると同時に、国際医学学会でも発表した。
3高血圧症と血小板内Ca^<++>、Ma^<++>との関係を研究し、高血圧症の予防法の可能性を検討した。
4超音波検査法による、動脈硬化を予測する循環機能検査を開発し、外国専門雑誌に発表した。
