| Research Abstract |
本研究の目的は、いわゆる腸膵内分泌腫瘍(癌)の本邦症例を症例毎に分析し、すでに膨大になった資料の登録・保存を確実にして今後ますます増加する本研究領域の研究者に信頼できる資料を迅速・確実に供給するシステムを確立することにある。比較分析のために、3年目の最終年度としての本年度は本邦症例のほかにとくに外国症例(約50カ国:15言語)の収集・分析・入力に力を入れ、約2,000件、1,100症例の追加を行うことができた。全件数、症例数は下記の通りである。
また、基本的、応用分析用のデータ・ベースシステム(臓器別分布率、男女別、年齢別、転移率、生物学的活性、20mmまでの小腫瘤と転移との関係、組織型、電顕形態、免疫組織化学、およびそれぞれの相関関係)の修正・改善を予定通りに進めることができた。現在、腸膵内分泌腸瘍(癌)としては、下記のものについて基礎的な入力が完成している。

最終年度としての本年度の研究は、以上の症例数に関する資料を消化し、入力・保存・分析の作業に関して所期の目的の過程をほぼ軌道に乗せるに至ったものである。現在、脹膵内分泌腫瘍に関しては、各臓器別に資料の系統的な整理を行い、逐次報告として公表している(文献リスト参照)。
