Research Abstract	昨年度は,ヒト子宮内膜にKGFの遺伝子発現が認められ,主としてプロゲステロンにより,KGFmRNAが制御されている可能性を明らかにした。本年度は,この知見を確認するため,Northern blot法により、KGFmRNAの月経周期別変化,脱落膜変化に伴う量的変動を検討した。その結果,KGFmRNAは,増殖期に比較して,黄体期で10倍,脱落膜で5-10倍,偽妊娠子宮内膜で3-4倍,それぞれ増加しており,プロゲステロンにより誘導されることを一層明瞭にした。脱落膜化に伴いその産生が増大する子宮間質細胞のKGFの生物学的作用が次に問題となるので,本年度は,まず,脱落膜細胞に対する増殖作用を検討したが,DNA合成には無効果であった。そこで,絨毛細胞と脱落膜細胞との相互作用の観点から,KGFの絨毛細胞への効果を検討することとした。本年度は,絨毛細胞におけるKGF受容体の遺伝子発現をRT-PCR法により分析したところ,同細胞にKGF受容体mRNAを認めた。
