Research Abstract |
When emergency hospitals are connected with the telemedicine for progressing the emergency service, the improving manpower of medical specialists, medical resources, and lifesaving would be expected. While the network of emergency service were made among 5 emergency hospitals with telemedicine, we examined the usefulness of telemedicine in the emergency service. In this study, it is found to be important to set up a system of telemedicine by one person, improve the program soft for easy operation, controle the soft strictly, and sete up in the emergency room by emergency doctors or X-ray room by technicians. And this telemedicine was also found to be useful for saving the medical resource. In other news, it may be useful for helping the activity of paramedic and homehelper when the machine of telemedicine was setted up in the ambulance and the room of patients.
