| Research Abstract |
1)インシュリンをポリエチレンテレフタレート膜上の特定領域に固定化し、インシュリンレセプターを過剰発現したチャイニーズハムスター卵母細胞を培養したところ、インシュリンが固定化してある領域の細胞の成長が促進され、細胞塊が形成されることがわかった。
2)EGFをポリスチレン膜の特定領域に光リソグラフ法で固定化した。マウス遷移芽細胞STOやチャイニーズハムスター卵母細胞をこの膜上で培養したところ、EGF固定化領域で培養された細胞のみ抗ホスホチロシン抗体で染色され、細胞情報タンパク質が活性化されていることがわかった。
3)NGFをポリエチレンテレフタレート膜の特定領域に固定化し、褐色細胞腫由来PC12細胞を培養した。すると、NGF固定化領域の細胞のみ神経突起を形成し、分化することがわかり、固定化NGFから情報伝達が行われていることが分かった。
4)TNFをポリエチレンテレフタレート膜の特定領域に固定化し、横紋筋肉腫A673細胞を培養した。TNF固定化領域でのみ一部アポトーシスが起こっていることがわかった。
