Research Abstract |
PREPARATION OF MICROCUPSULES AND BEADS,AND RELEASE CHARACTER OF FUNCTIONAL REAGENTS CONTAINING IN THE MICROCUPSULES WERE INVESTIGATED FOR VARIOUS CONDITIONS.PREPARATION METHODS FOR MICROCUPSULES AND BEADS HAVING MACRO AND MICRO PORES WERE ESTABLISHED USING IN SITU PORIMARIZATION AND SOLVENT VAPORIZATION IN (O/W) OR (W/O/W) COMPLEX EMULSION.IN THIS INVESTIGATION,THE FOLLOWING RESULTS WERE OBTAINED (1) STYRENE/DIVINYLBENZENE COPORIMER MICROCUPSULES AND BEADS WERE ESTAB LISHED TO PREPARE.MICROPORE SIZES IN BEADS WAS SHOWN TO CONTROLLED BY SOLVENT USED IN THE ORGANIC PHASE OF (O/W) EMULSION.SIZES OF SUBMICRON ORDER PORES CONSTRUTED IN THE BEADS WERE AFFECTED BY RELATIVE RATE OF THE INNER AQUEOUS PHASE AND SOLVENT VAPORIZATION.(2) PREPARATION METHODS OF BIODEGRADATIONABLE POLYMER BEADS AND MICROCUPSULES USING SOLVENT VAPORATION METHOD WERE ESTABLISHED USING (W/O/W) EMULSION.THE SHAPE OR CONSTRUCTION OF MACROPORES IN THE BEADS WERE SHOWN TO CONTROLLED BY THE CONCENTRATIONS OF MATERIALS IN INNER AND OUTER AQUEOUS PHASES AND SOLIDIFOCATION RATES OF SHELL MATERIALS.
