Research Abstract	疾患特異的な画像診断の開発には、抗原・抗体反応に基づいた免疫反応がもっとも有用である。しかしモノクローナル抗体はマウス由来の生物製剤で、抗マウス抗体を生じる。そこで白血球と卵巣癌反応する抗体より遺伝子工学の手法で、抗原と反応するsingle chain抗体(10数個のアミノ酸、ぺぷちどより成る)を作成した。得られた卵巣癌に対するsingle chain抗体は、CA125抗原と反応することが確かめられた。また白血球と反応する抗体(NCA95抗原と反応する)より、遺伝子工学の手法でヒト型抗体を作製。テクネシウム-99m標識ヒト型抗体の安全性試験を行った後、大学内倫理委員会の許可を得て、平成8年度に炎症の画像診断の臨床応用を行う予定である。single chain抗体は操作中に析出しやすいため、メティウムなどについてさらに検討を要する。なおインジウム-111で表し期したソマトスタチンの誘導体(8個のアミノ酸より成る)は、インストリノーマ、ガストリノーマ、カルチノイドなど消化器内分泌腫瘍の画像診断に極めて有用だった。
