Research Abstract |
We intend to derive drastic and dynamic prescriptions for the problem of "To what direction we should orient and adjust the Japanese agriculture, " which is considered in a framework of the market economy, coping with the Deregulation policy, i.e., the curre nt trend of thought in the economic policy. The Japanese agriculture now is confronted with the edge of a cliff by the urgent and strong demand from foreign countries, above all, U.S.A.of the trade (import) liberalization of rice, which so far, has been the perfectly self-supporting staple food. The problem of how to make Japanese agriculture coping with the import liberalization of rice is the problem whether to be able to farm under such circumstances or not. This research was done simulation of agricultural management program to dynamic development for small rural village, in case of Asoda area, Saita-town, Kagawa-prefecture. By using the simulation model, the optimal development program of agricultural management was obtained and the effectiveness of 1) the drastical structural reform plan of a rable lan dand 2) the group utilization scheme of all the land in aregion are investigated. In section 2, the simulation model for agricultural management program based on Mixed Integer Dynamic Linear Programming was presented. In section 3, the simulation model in case of Asoda was specified, and the results of simulation are estimated. From the results of simulation, a way that agricultural management under the market mechanism should be was shown.
