Research Abstract

今年度の研究成果と研究実績について述べる。情報力学は,物理学,数学,工学,生物学,認知科学等の分野やこれらの個別分野だけでは扱えないような境界領域をも含んだ様々な分野を“複雑さ"という観点から,統一的に扱うものである.こうした複雑さの数理的解析において,複雑さという概念自体が,扱う対象や分野の違いによって数多く存在するために,統一的に様々な分野を扱うことが,一見難しく思えるかも知れないが,これらの複雑さの概念の共通点を見い出すことで、様々な分野を統一的に扱うことが可能である.本研究は,このような複雑さと力学の融合である情報力学の立場から,エントロピーや相互エントロピーをベースとした複雑量を用いて,系の状態として記述される多様な分野の対象を統一的に扱ったものであり,以下のような研究業績を得た。(1)情報力学の複雑さの指標を用いて,量子系のK-S型の平均相互エントロピーと平均エントロピーを定式化し,光変調方式の情報伝送の効率を調べた.(2)量子マルコフ過程を通して,量子系のK-S型平均エントロピーを導入し,いくつかのモデルについて計算を行った.(3)情報力学の複雑量の一つであるフラクタル次元の応用として量子系では,ising modelへ適用した.(4)(3)のフラクタ次元を古典系ではGauss測度やクレーター,河川等の分布に対して適用した.(5)光通信過程へLiftingを適用し,減衰過程や生成過程を含めた効率の議論を行った.(6)量子通信過程における情報伝送の数学的な定式化を行った.(7)生体情報論の分野では,熱望されているマルチプルアライメントをタンパク質の立体構造を考慮して行った..(8)チャネルという状態変化を表す概念を用いて情報力学の複雑さの指標の一つである相互エントロピーを導入することにより新たな系統樹作成を行った.
