| Research Abstract |
1.機能解剖学的解析
健常人の動作筋電図を参考に,回外動作制御のための上腕二頭筋、上腕筋,腕橈骨筋への神経筋刺激データ(基本形)を作製した。今後はこのデータと多チャンネルFES装置を用い,先ず健常人の上肢に対し動作制御を試みたいと考えている。
2.神経生理学的解析
すでに報告してきた上腕二頭筋と腕橈骨筋の間の相反性抑制が,2ないし3個のシナプスを介したI群求心性線維による神経結合であること,結合率は約50%であることが,明らかとなった。今後このI群線維がIaなのかIbなのか,Ia介在ニューロンを介するのか否かなどを,タップ刺激などを用いて明らかにして行く。
新たに,上腕二頭筋から円回内筋へのI群線維による抑制性の神経結合がみつかった。今後,この結合の詳細(IaかIbか,Ia介在ニューロンを介すのか,シナプスの数,結合率など)についても明らかにして行く。
