Research Abstract	1.アルコール誘発気道収縮に関する研究 1)アセトアルデヒドの吸入および静脈内投与によってモルモットを使用した本モデルの作成に成功し,下記の成績を得た. 2)本モデルの気管支収縮にはヒスタミンが重要でありトロンボキサンA2やロイコトリエンは関与しない. 3)本モデルの気道過敏性亢進にはヒスタミンではなく,ロイコトリエンが関与する. 2.交感神経遮断薬による気管支収縮に関する研究 1)受動感作モルモットに即時型アレルギー反応が生じると,交感神経遮断薬に対する気道過敏性が出現することが判明し,交感神経遮断薬による気管支収縮モデルが確立された. 2)本モデルではトロンボキサンA2が最も重要であるが,ロイコトリエンや血小板活性化因子も一部関与する. 3.蒸留水吸入による気管支収縮モデルの作成 1)受動感作モルモットに抗原吸入即時型喘息反応を起こし,その20分後に蒸留水を吸入すると気管支収縮が生じることが判明した. 2)本モデルの蒸留水吸入気管支収縮は,ヒスタミン拮抗薬によって有意に抑制されるが,その抑制の程度は軽度であった.
