Research Abstract

1。パラインフルエンザウイルス4型(4A,4Bとも)のF蛋白、HN蛋白のシークエンスをすべて終えた。4型(4A,4Bとも)F-HN間には、異常に長い非翻訳領域の存在が推定され、ここに4型ウイルスにのみ特徴的な遺伝子配列の存在の可能性が考えられこの領域の解析が今後の感染実態の解明に必要と思われたので、まずこの領域の遺伝子解析を最優先し、解析を終えた。この領域には、SV5、ムンブスウイルスに認められた、SH遺伝子は存在しなかった。ただし、遺伝子の繰り返し配列が認められたので、今後の解析に役立つものと思われる。
2。4型ウイルス特異的ELISA抗原作成のため、4型ウイルスのF蛋白、あるいはHN蛋白を構成的に発現しているL929細胞およびHeLa細胞を樹立した。
3。近郊の病院などから、患者血清を約200検体集め、予備的に4型ウイルスを抗原にしてELISA法で解析したが、いまのところ明らかな陽性のものは見つかっていない、サンプル数を増やす必要があると思われた。
