Research Abstract	原発性免疫不全症候群には多彩な病型がみられる。またその病因,病態も多岐にわたる。本研究において下記の点が明らかになった。 1)免疫グロブリン遺伝子及びT細胞レセプター遺伝子の再構成,スイッチの異常がcommon variable immunodeficiencyのいくつかの症例で明らかになった。 2)分泌型LgMと膜型LgMは1つの遺伝子よりalternative splicingにより発現するが、Bloom症候群ではこの機構に異常があることが明らかになった。 3)Ataxia-telangiectasiaの病因遺伝子が明らかになりPI3キナーゼが類似の作用をもつと考えられるATMの変異を明らかにしまた本邦におけるいくつかの症例を検討中である。 4)Bloom症候群の病因遺伝子が明らかになった。BLMはRecQの変異でその機能について検討をすすめている。 5)common variable immunodeficiencyでのB細胞分化遺伝子λ5とVpreB遺伝子の発現異常が明らかになった。
