| Research Abstract |
乳幼児期におけるHHV-7侵襲状況と関与する疾病の解明を目的として次のことを実施。出生時より1年から1年6カ月、経時的に母児より血液、唾液を採取。HHV-7抗体とともにHHV-7 DNAをPCP法で測定、HHV-6と比較。なお母乳についても両ウイルスDNAの検討を行った。結果を以下のようにまとめる。
1)まず本学で分離したHHV-7 FG7-5株を米国NCI, Dr. Lussoより分与された樹立T細胞(SupT1)に感染培養。12スポットのスライド上に固定。蛍光法により測定抗体がHHV-7特異的であることを確認。
2)27例からの母乳中HHV-7 DNAは5例(19%)に検出されたがHHV-6 DNAは全例陰性であった。
3)観察期間中母親唾液にはHHV-7 DNAが79-100%検出されたが、HHV-6 DNAは44-62%の頻度であった。
4)出生時の児の唾液にはHHV-7 DNAが4%検出され、その後頻度は上昇、1歳時には約半数に認められ、HHV-6 DNAが生後3-4カ月に初めて検出されるのに比べHHV-7は早期に感染の成立することが認められた。
5)しかし1-2歳児の抗体陽性率からみるとHHV-7はHHV6より低く、感染効率の差異が認められた。
6)感染成立の際の臨床症状をみるとHHV-7では発疹および、あるいは発熱を認めるものは3/14でHHV-6の5/7に比べ不顕性感染率の高いこと確認された。
7)観察期間中にHHV-7の初感染による肝機能異常遷延例、小脳失調症状を示す中枢神経系合併例を確認した。
以上の成績よりHHV-7の早期侵襲と特殊臨床経過例を確認することができた。
