| Research Abstract |
アレルギー疾患とくにアトピー性皮膚炎における浸潤細胞と上皮ならびに線維芽細胞との関係は臓器特異性を理解する上で重要であるとの観点から、本年は、特にアレルギーにおいては浸潤細胞がなぜ特定の臓器にゆくのかを知る目的で、好酸球遊走因子の1つとしてRANTESがどのように関与しているかを検討した。論文としてはアトピー性皮膚炎患者血漿中で健康人にくらべて高いことを発表し、またRANTESの発現が皮膚、腸管で皮疹部での発現がアトピー性皮膚炎患者で認められることをRT-PCR法をもちいて示し、報告した。さらにRANTESについて、上皮での発現がTNFaとIFNgの2つのシグナルが重要であることを、ELISAさらにはPCR法をもちいて明らかとした。一方アトピー性皮膚炎患者では、これらの因子を介して、表皮へのTリンパ球の浸潤が考えられるが、まず抹消T細胞がどのような特異性を持つのかは重要であるとの観点から、T細胞抗原レセプターのVb鎖に着目して検討したところ、Vb6,7,18に相対的頻度が高かった。スーパー抗原を介する系がアトピー性皮膚炎では重要と思われた。
