骨形成因子(BMP)による骨・軟骨誘導の担体に関する実験的検討

Research Abstract

骨形成因子(BMP)と共に、担体として(1)atelopeptide type I collagen(CL-I)、(2)type II collagen(Cl-II)、(3)porous hydroxyapatite(pHAP)をラット下腿筋肉内に埋入し、その3週後の埋入物の検討を行った。
(1)骨梁のみならず骨髄、血管様組織が誘導形成された。その形成量は、BMPの用量(2,10,50μg)に依存していた。CL-Iの単独埋入(controls)では、骨は誘導されなかった。
(2)骨誘導が確認されたが、結果集計は未検討未発表である。また、CL-IIの単独埋入(controls)では、骨は誘導されなかった。
(3)pHAP pelletの周囲や孔内に骨梁や血管様組織がみられ、その形成量はBMPの用量(2,10、50μg)に依存性であった。pHAPの単独埋入(controls)では、骨は誘導されず、pHAP周囲と孔内への未分化間葉系細胞の侵入のみがみられた。
また、今期は、担体間の比較検討は行っていない。
