骨形成因子(BMP)による骨・軟骨誘導の担体に関する実験的検討

Research Abstract

骨形成因子(BMP)と共に、担体としてatelopeptide type I collagen(CL)を用い、ラット虚血下腿筋肉内および挙上広背筋弁内に埋入し、その3週後の埋入物の検討を行った。
結果:
(1)BMP埋入群では、骨梁のみならず骨髄、血管様組織が誘導形成された。その形成量は、BMPの用量(2,10,50μg)に依存していた。
CLの単独埋入(controls)では、骨は誘導されなかった。
(2)BMP埋入群では骨誘導が確認されたが、埋入物中央にはCLの残存領域が認められた。
(3)BMPの用量(2,10,50μg)に関わらず軟骨誘導は認められなかった。
(4)BMP埋入群、対照群ともに炎症性の反応はみられなかった。
