| Research Abstract |
骨形式因子のrhBMP-2あるいはrxBMP-4/7heterodimerと担体としてatelopeptide type I collagenを用い、ラット下腿筋肉内に埋入し、その3週後の埋入物を放射線学的、組織学的に検討を行った。
結果:
(1)rhBMP-2埋入群の組織学的所見では、旺盛な骨梁と骨髄、血管様組織が誘導形成されていた。その骨梁の形成量は、rxBMP-4/7heterodimer群に勝っていた。
(2)rhBMP-2埋入群の軟X線写真の画像解析で、骨陰影の領域、透過性共にrxBMP-4/7heterodimer埋入群に勝っており、骨誘導量が多かった。
(3)両群で軟骨誘導は認められなかった。
(4)両BMP埋入群ともに炎症性の反応はみられなかった。
