| Research Abstract |
本年度はウレタン-α-クロラロース麻酔下のネコにおいて、顔面神経根(第7脳神経)末梢側刺激による下唇・口蓋・脳皮質・総頚動脈の血流の測定を中心に行った。実験にあたっては両側頚部交感神経および迷走神経を切断して行った。顔面神経(第7脳神経)刺激によりともに下唇・口蓋の血流増加が見られ、舌神経刺激時と同様の副交感神経を介する血管運動反応が生じた。脳皮質の血流は舌神経刺激では変化が見られなかった。また顔面神経(第7脳神経)刺激では体血圧の影響がほぼみられない状態で変化がないか軽度の増加が見られた。このことは前脳皮質には体性副交感神経反射性血管拡張のメカニズムは存在しないことを暗示していた。
