Research Abstract	本研究課題においては、広い意味でのフレキシビリティを持った生産システムの運用方式を調査検討し、管理ソフトウェア設計のための知見を得ることを目的として広範な研究を実施した。とりわけ、対象となるシステムを以下の2つのサブシステムに分け、それぞれについて独立に調査研究、及びモデル構築を行った後、両者の統合化について検討している。 1)工具及びジョブの、加工装置(セル)への割付け(負荷配分及びジョブ・ルーティング) 2)ジョブのディスパッチング即ち、1)は、K.Shanker等による工具配分モデルを基礎にし、実用化されているいくつかの生産システムを精査、検討することによって、いかなるハードウェア・コンフィギュレーションにも対応し得る汎用的工具/ジョブの割付け手順モデルを提案し、それによって効率的な工具割付け及びジョブのルーティングを自動生成しようというものである。また、2)は、1)のアウトプットである割付け計画の下で最大限の生産効率化を図るべく、ルールベースに基づくディスパッチング・モデルを提案し、それによって効率的なジョブの流れを自動生成しようというものである。研究の進捗に関しては、平成7年度において、1)関連企業の実態調査、2)関連文献・データの調査収集整理、3)生産システム運用性能に関する評価尺度の検討、4)負荷計画サブモデルの検討、及び、5)ディスパッチング・サブモデルの検討を精力的に行い、平成8年度においては、さらに6)両サブモデルの特性解析、7)両サブモデルの連結及び総合パフォーマンスの計測、検討、8)システムの実用性に関するヒアリング調査及び実用化のための検討、及び、9)関連学会への成果発表を行った。主たる成果、及び、本課題に派生して得られた新たな研究上の知見については、研究発表の項に列挙している。
