Outline of Final Research Achievements

アレルギー疾患原因遺伝子研究を混沌とさせている要因の一つに、個人間で遺伝子塩基配列の異なる多型の存在やその比率が民族間で異なっていることが挙げられる。本研究では、日本とポーランドの共同研究により、IgE受容体遺伝子を中心に、この問題点を考慮した解析を行い、相違点・一致点を明らかにした。
