Research Abstract |
The main results of this project are summarized as follows 1.Many microorganisms were gathered from oil refineries, oil reservoirs and oil fields in Japan and Jilin province, China. These microorganisms were isolated and selected as superior and useful gas producers, surfactant producers or oil degraders. 2.Among these isolates, Enterobacter cloacae TRC-322, Enterobacter cloacae TU-7A,Bacillus licheniformis TRC-18-2-a and unidentified strain of 12# were selected as candidate strain for field trial at Jilin oilfield. Also, related strains were identified in the oil reservoir 3.The medium inclutded 4% molasses and synthetic brine was most effective for cultivation of these selected isolates. Also, addition of phosphate to the medium was enhanced for bacterial growth. 4.Laboratory flooding experiment snowed that microbial effect on oil recovery was high. Maximum recovery of the waterflood residual oil was about l6%. 5.Many isolates which utilized hydrocarbon (mainly n-paraffin) as growth substrate were obtained. The characteristic properties of these isolates were investigated. 6.Two blocks in the East area of Fuyu oilfield were selccted for the test field of Huff and Puff experiment and flooding experiment after detail evaluation of each oil reservoir belonging to Jilin Petroleum Group Co.Ltd.. 7.Huff and Puff experiments performed in selected blocks with 12# strain showed that oil recovery was about 1.5-fold greater than that of the control.
