Research Abstract	本年度はデンマーク側ならびに米国側研究分担者と、以下の共同研究を行った。 1)Thestrup-Pedersen教授との昨年度よりの共同研究の結果で、HIV感染患者由来B細胞上でのIL-8レセプター発現が正常人に比べ亢進しているなどの異常を示すことを発見して報告した。同様のレセプラーの発現異常が、他のケモカイン・レセプターについても認められるかについての検討を引き続き行っている。 2)Thestrup-Pedersen教授との共同にて、肝臓を始めとする移植時におけるIL-8ならびに単球走活性化因子(MCAF/MCP-1)の病態生理学的役割について、臨床検体ならびに動物モデルを用いて検討を行った。 3)Oppenheim博士との共同研究にて、IL-8がIL-8レセプターB型(CXCR2)のC末端部のリン酸化を、NAP-2に比べて強く起こし、これがNP-2では認められない、高濃度のIL-8に対する好中球の走化能の減弱を引き起こすことを示唆する結果を得て報告した。 4)Oppenheim博士と共同で、エオタキシンの酵素免疫学的測定法を開発し、現在臨床検体を用いて種々の病態での動態をOppenheim博士と共同で検討している。 5)日本側代表者のグループは、急性呼吸窮迫症候群・脳虚血発作後の再灌流障害・尿酸結晶による関節炎モデルの成立にIL-8が密接に関与していることを明らかにした。
