Research Abstract	1)ボストンでの国際補体ワークショップにおいて、ヒトのC3_aレセプターがクローニングされたとの情報を得た。そこでラットのC3_aレセプターのクローニングを行い、遺伝子の一部を得た。 2)中枢神経系におけるC5_aレセプターの発現動態を免疫組織化学法で解析し視床下部の大型神経細胞で強く発現していることを明らかにした。 3)ラットのC5_aレセプターの遺伝子をクローニングした。 4)ラットDAFの遺伝子をクローニングした。 5)モルモットDAFのcDNAをハムスター由来のCHO細胞にトランスフェクトして発現させると、CHO細胞がモルモット補体の反応に抵抗性になることを明らかにした。 6)モルモットのMCP(membrane cofactor protein)の遺伝子をクローニングし、ヒトの場合とは異なって、MCPは精巣に強く発現していることを明らかにした。 7)ラットの脳内にオカダ酸を持続注入してフォスファターゼを抑制し、その際の補体系因子の沈着について解析を行った。 8)ラットの補体制御因子として同定した5I2抗原の腎における発現と、その抑制によって起こる病態の解析を米国のモ-ガン博士らと行った。
