| Research Abstract |
本研究の目的は、収穫作業における農産物の損失防止、収穫後の管理・貯蔵問題、品質保持、ポストハーベスト農薬の残留、畜産問題等の解決へ向けて、現地の研究者と協力研究することにある.
そこで、本年度は課題(1)両国の青果物の収穫・貯蔵方法・流通システムの紹介と問題点.(3)タイ国におけるポストハーベストの実情把握と青果物、穀類等の収穫以後の損失および品質に関する問題点.(4)家畜の生産性向上と品質改善および土壌汚染等の防止.に重点を置いて、招へい研究者および派遣研究者はそれぞれの国の協力研究者全員と研究に取り組んだ.
先ずメチョ-大学の研究者2名を招へいし(1996年10月1日〜10月9日)、愛媛大学で公開セミナー「タイにおけるプレ・ポストハーベスト現状および研究」を開催した.日本におけるプレ・ポストハーベスト技術について調査するため、収穫機や乾燥機の製造工場、大学付属農場、県農業試験場、カントリエレベータ、ミカン選果場、ジュース工場、ミカンや稲作生産農家を訪れ研究資料を収集した.これらをもとに、気候条件や農業を取りまく諸環境を考慮した討論を行った.
つぎに、研究代表者と分担者2名がチェンマイに赴き(1996年12月1日〜12月12日)、メチョ-大学で公開セミナー「日本におけるプレ・ポストハーベスト現状および研究」を開催した.果樹栽培や稲作生産農家、果実選果場、缶詰・ジュース工場、米の集荷・加工場等を訪れ、日・タイのプレ・ポストハーベスト技術の現状および問題点の把握に努めた.
