| Research Abstract |
高圧反応と固相有機反応の相関性の解明を目的として研究を行い,以下のような成果を得た。
1.エポキシ化合物と種々の含窒素複素環化合物との反応をシリカゲル吸着の固相反応,及び高圧反応で達成した。
2.1.の成果を天然物diolmycinA2のエナンチオ選択的合成に応用した。
3.シルカゲル吸着による固想反応の展開として,ハロゲン化リチウム存在下でのエポキシドの対応するハロヒドリン誘導体への変換を達成した。
4.1.の成果の応用として,キラルジアゾール系配位子合成を行った。ジエチル亜鉛の不斉アルキル化の際の有効な配位子となることを証明した。
5.2.の成果に関連して,天然物合成に有効なアジド基の新規官能基変換の手法を開発した。
