Research Abstract

大久保公策 : 遺伝子発現プロファイル法(ATAC,iAFLP)をさらに改良した(3色蛍光使用でゲルあたり3456データポイントの確立やホルマリン固定病理検体からのRNAの利用)。ボディーマップを公開した。
加藤菊也 : ATAC法を用いてマウス小脳の生後発生過程の6時点について2000個の遺伝子発現強度を測定し、遺伝子機能と関連づける解析方法を開発した。
菅野純夫 : オリゴキャッピング法を用いて5種類の臓器より作製した完全長cDNAライブラリーから各約5000クローンの5'端を1pass塩基配列決定し、mRNAの開始点を体系的に明らかにした。
加藤誠志 : 1,309種類のヒト完全長cDNAクローンを収集し、277種類の全長塩基配列を決定し、120遺伝子についてGFP融合遺伝子を利用して細胞内局在部位を決定した。
高橋永一 : DD法にてマウスの201個の組織特異的遺伝子断片を単離し、機能解析を行った。
小原雄治 : 線虫cDNA約7000種についてin situ hybridizationによる発現パターン解析をおこない、NEXTDBとして公開を始めた。母性発現を示すもの約300遺伝子についてRNAiによる機能解析を体系的におこなった。
前田ミネ子 : 細胞性粘菌cDNA18000クローンのタグ塩基配列解析を終了した。発現パターン解析も進めた。
伊藤隆司 : 出芽酵母全蛋白質間での網羅的2ハイブリッド解析をおこない、多数の新規相互作用とネットワークを同定した。
村上康文 : 出芽酵母第VI染色体遺伝子の遺伝子発現プロフィールの解析を実施した。
小笠原直毅 : 枯草菌893新規遺伝子の変異株バンクの発現、表現型解析を修了し、BSORFDB上で一般に公開した。
