Research Abstract

1. 一昨年度から昨年度にかけて開発した、空間経済システムの自己組織化・構造変化・進化の長期的プロセスを説明するための基礎的経済学モデルに基づく、東アジアの経済圏を想定した国際地域モデルを用いて、より具体的なシミュレーション分析を購入したパーソナルコンピュータを用いて行った。その結果、長期的な輸送費用の低下に対応して起こる、日本、NIES、その他の途上国を想定した3つの地域間で雁行的な産業の移転と経済成長のより詳細な挙動を確認した。
2. 我が国の代表的なエレクトロニクス関連の9社(日本電気、東芝、日立、富士通、三菱電機、松下、三洋、シャープ、ソニー)について、昨年度、1960年代以降のグローバルな組織・立地展開について時系列的なファクト・ファインディングおよび要因分析等を行った結果に基づき、このような多国籍企業が東アジアの雁行的経済発展に及ぼす影響について、上記の理論モデルとの関連も考慮しつつより詳細な実証分析を行った。
3. 日本、カナダ、スウェーデンの3カ国において60年代以降の人口移動の要因をシフトシェア分析などにより分析し、各国のGDPの成長や景気循環そのものの影響だけでなく、産業構造の変化と地理的空間との相関がCore-PeriPheral間の人口移動に大きな影響を及ぼしていることを明らかにした。
