| Research Abstract |
慢性関節リウマチ,変形性関節症症例の血清、関節液につき、関節軟骨タイプIIコラーゲンの合成マーカーであるコンドロカルシン、プロテオグリカン分解酵素であるストロメライシン、分解系抑制因子であるTIMPを測定した。関節炎・関節症の関節破壊の機序解明の一端を説明できた(Journal of Rheumatologyに掲載)。また生体基質の破壊である人工関節の弛みについても骨基質破壊の系でMMP、TIMPの産生が見られることを明らかとした(Journal of Biomedical Material Reserchに掲載)。
変性椎間板に対するChondroitinaseABCの作用-MRI、レントゲン、組織学的研究では種々脊椎動物椎間板髄核あるいは、腰部椎間板ヘルニア実験モデル椎間板に対し、種々濃度のコンドロイチナーゼABCを注入、その後における変化を、X-線、MRIで追求した。さらに、髄核マトリックス中のプロテオグリカン、コラーゲン分子への影響を評価した。(論文作成中)
70度加温骨の骨形成能を実験的に評価し、骨形成能が処理後も残存すること、この処理により腫瘍細胞は死滅することを証明した。(Clinical Orthopedicsに掲載)これにより、本術式の正当性が実験的にも証明された。
